WELCOME SEPTEMBER! I just came back from my summe

WELCOME SEPTEMBER!

I just came back from my summer vacation the day before yesterday, so my September starts a little later. 🙂

The end of my summer was quite unexpected and challenging.
First, I ended up in the hospital with my son, therefore we didn't go on the planned vacation to Spain, but we managed to go to Croatia for at least a few days. 🙏

During this period I was silent from the networks...
Like any challenging period, this one carries with it various important personal AHA moments, realizations and room to re-evaluate what is working and what is not, in all areas of life.

I realized that I have been disconnected for the past months! From yourself, from my higher self, from the life.

Now, I feel enormous gratitude. The pressure I have been putting on myself for the past months has eased and I am easing into the process of living. The mantra of the last few weeks for me has been:
I JUST WANNA LIVE.

I "just" want to live. Live in full presence, flow and connection.

I am grateful for these insights. And thanks to all of this, I was able to explore again what it's like to live in disconnection, and to find ways that help me bridge a difficult period, and also to reconnect with my body, inner intuition and my inner SELF.

After all, that's exactly what I guide my clients to, so now strengthened by new experiences and depth, I can once again hold the space for them and guide them on their way to their inner self and to living a life in alignment ❤

A sense of security and trust is absolutely necess

A sense of security and trust is absolutely necessary during an embodiment cpaching session.

You could not touch your vulnerable parts, emotions and depths if you did not feel safe and fully accepted. 🥰

They say my coaching style is gentle and empathetic. It is completely natural for me not to push the client somewhere she is not ready to go herself. This is completely counterproductive in my opinion.

I am all in for transformation. But why couldn't it be gentle? Transformation as evolution, not as a revolution that shakes us and then we cannot recover from it...

If I can choose, I choose small steps. 👣

Embodiment coaching helps us anchor in our inner SELF. 🧘‍♀️ To find the right small, gradual steps that we are able and ready to take. So that we can step by step walk towards sustainable life changes.

A few days ago, I wrote about how important it is for us to relax.
How many of us nod our heads in agreement at similar posts, but keep scrolling?

Are we really going to REST?
Do we really take time for ourselves?
Are we refilling our glass?
Or are we still putting it off for "later"?
And we only allow ourselves to rest when we really fall to the ground?

It's not just about the rest.
It's about REALLY LISTENING.
Listening to your body, your soul, your intuition. 💫
Treating yourself with what you really need.
In the form and intensity in which you need it.

Sometimes we are completely disconnected. From ourselves. From our body. From our needs. From oir inner self.

What if it was enough to just START LISTENING?
Just stop for a moment.
Close your eyes.
Take a few breaths.
Put your hand on your heart.
Focus your attention inwards.

And even if you don't get a clear answer, at least you can tell your body:
"I'm here, I'm listening to you."
Maybe this is all it takes. ❤️
